Well it’s about time! With all the fuss over the Asus EEEPC I was wondering if Dell was going to come out with anything. This looks to be a 9 or 10 incher, not a lot of other specs available, but should have a couple USB ports, VGA, WiFi, Bluetooth… maybe 3G (cell phone coverage). Gizmodo got a sneak peek when they saw Michael walking around at D6 if you want some “in the wild” pics.
Hopefully we’ll see this in time for back to school, I imagine it could be a big seller!
As someone who sales computers for a living, I’ve heard all of the reasons people don’t like buying new PC’s. One of the top annoyances has to be “crapware”, “bloatware”, “extra stuff”, whatever you want to call it. If you’ve ever set-up a new PC you know what I’m talking about, all the trial stuff.
